SENIOR SALES & MARKETING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepare all the materials/presentations and recruit new clients.
  2. Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  3. Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  4. Expands business opportunities by identifying selling prospects and evaluating the position in the industry and proposing sales options.
  5. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  6. Design, Implement and Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies.
  7. Maintains relationships with new clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
  8. Contributes to annual brand planning process.
  9. Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development.
  10. Conducting content for company social media platforms and website.
  11. Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
  12. Maintain marketing database.
  13. Coordinate with vendors to produce and procure marketing & branding materials.
  14. Monitor product catalogs.
  15. Collaborates with outsourcing or different marketing teams and legal teams.
  16. Provide Monthly report to CSOM Manager.
  17. Support Sales & CSOM Manager and CEO to take care local customers;
  18. Take care, handle and deliver goods to special customers;

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  2. Fluent in English.
  3. Proven sales management experience.
  4. Customer-focus.
  5. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  9. Effective communication skills.
